These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the Wafedeen digital platform, services, and associated student onboarding infrastructure operated by the Wafedeen Platform Team at Alexandria University, Arab Republic of Egypt.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting an academic application, requesting student accommodation, or accessing any platform feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Egyptian higher education laws and university regulations.
2. Student Eligibility & Authenticity
Applicants must ensure that all personal information, academic certificates, identification documents, and passport details provided are strictly authentic, accurate, and up-to-date. Any forged or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate disqualification, platform termination, and reporting to relevant judicial and university authorities.
3. Application Processing & University Placement
Wafedeen acts as the authorized digital gateway for international admissions and support. Admission decisions, faculty quotas, and final acceptance letters remain subject to the official discretion of Alexandria University and the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt.
4. Payments, Service Fees & Refunds
All application processing fees, document verification costs, and initial deposits are non-refundable once administrative verification procedures have commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing under specific university waiver guidelines.
5. Accommodation & Housing Policies
Verified student accommodations listed on the platform adhere to university-endorsed safety, health, and leasing standards. Students booking housing through the portal must comply with tenant conduct rules and respect residency regulations.
6. Code of Conduct & Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any unauthorized access, misuse of platform communications, harassment, or violation of institutional integrity is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
